Seasonal Farm Operator 
Location: Near Kenaston, SK
Duration: Now through November/December (with full-time potential)

Kerpan Farms is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our team for harvest. If you're ready to work hard, learn fast, and operate serious equipment, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time seasonal role with the possibility of year-round work for the right person. You'll work both independently and alongside our crew — helping run harvest smoothly and keeping everything moving.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Operate combines, tractors, grain carts, trucks, and sprayers

• Assist with harvest logistics, field movement, and grain hauling

• Perform basic maintenance, equipment checks, and small repairs

• Help with general farm tasks and keep things organized

• Work safely and communicate clearly — whether solo or in a team

 

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Willing to learn, take feedback, and step up when needed

• Calm under pressure and dependable in the field

• Mechanically minded or familiar with large farm equipment

• Holding a Class 1A license (a big asset — but not required)

• Younger and eager to grow — or experienced and ready to go
